Financial Statements

Ms. Casey reviewed the monthly financial statement.  The monthly statement shows 49.5% of the salary line is expended with 50% of the fiscal year completed.  Ms. Casey has done a careful analysis of the salary lines, the special education lines, and utilities.  We are on track with the budget.  Ms. Casey also mentioned that we received the anticipated increase in Catastrophic Aide.  This additional revenue can be requested for additional expenditures, if needed.

Personnel Financial Items

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Stevens, to recommend to the Board adding the following positions from IDEA funds:

-        3/5 position to serve as a Court Liaison

The motion passed unanimously.

The Committee discussed the swimming and gymnastics coaching stipends.  They would like the Special Services Committee to study the stipends; all sports participation rates; and associated costs.

Respectfully submitted,
