Mrs. Stevens called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

Non-Public Session

Mrs. Stevens moved, second by Mr. Connelly, that the Committee enter non-public session to discuss matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of an individual who is not a member of the Rochester School Board, in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 Paragraph II (C). Time: 6:00 p.m. The roll call vote carried unanimously.

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Stevens, to re-enter public session. On a unanimous vote, the Committee entered public session at 6:04 p.m.

Mrs. Stevens moved, second by Mrs. Warren, to recommend that the Board approve the following Summer School Nominations: Susan Jasneski, Special Education Personal Assistant and Donna Souther, Special Education Program Assistant. The motion carried unanimously.

Mrs. Warren moved, second by Mr. Connelly, to recommend to the Finance Committee approval of the certified substitute salary increase. The motion carried unanimously.

The Personnel Committee recommends the amended Speech/Language Pathologist job description for first reading to the School Board.

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Warren, to recommend to the Finance Committee approval of the following stipend request for Sally Riley in the amount of $2,500 for management of the DINI Grant. The motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Parker, to recommend that the Finance Committee approve the following position requests: Kindergarten Aide position at Gonic School be increased to 27.5 hours per week and to add a 27.5 hour per week, Kindergarten Aide to East Rochester School. The motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Parker, to adjourn. On a unanimous vote, the Committee adjourned at 6:47p.m.
