The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

Mr. Colson, Athletic Director, informed the Committee that he will be bringing forward for review and adoption High School Athletic Policies and Procedures within the next few months. Discussion ensued regarding the content of the Athletic Policies.

Mrs. Grassie moved, second by Mr. Brennan to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
