Also Present: Mr. Michael Hopkins, Superintendent Mr. Kent Hemingway, Assistant Superintendent Mrs. Linda Casey, Mr. Richard Kalisz

Mr. Callaghan called the meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. on a roll call with a quorum present.

Mrs. Warren moved, second by Mr. Connelly, that the Committee enter non-public session to discuss matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of an individual who is not a member of the Rochester School Board, in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 Paragraph II (C). Time: 7:17 p.m. The roll call vote carried unanimously.

Mr. Callaghan moved, second by Mr. Connelly, to re-enter public session. On a unanimous vote, the Committee entered public session at 7:40 p.m.

Mr. Watson moved, second by Mr. DeVito to approve the nomination of Mrs. Valerie McKenney as the Rochester Middle School Principal, and Mr. John Shea as the Spaulding High School Principal. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mr. Callaghan, to adjourn. On a unanimous vote, the Board adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
