Members Absent: Mrs. Pamela Hubbard Mr. William Brennan

Mrs. Warren called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. on a roll call with a quorum present. Members participated in the pledge of allegiance.

Personnel

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Mrs. Parker, that the Board accept the following nominations:

Christopher Foley................................... Rochester Middle School Assistant Principal

Arthur LeClair..................................... Rochester Middle School Assistant Principal

The motion carried unanimously.

Non-Public Session

Dr. Pastelis moved, second by Mr. Connelly, to enter non-public session, in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 Paragraph (c), to discuss matters likely detrimental to an individual’s reputation. On the following roll call vote, the Board entered non-public session at 6:43 p.m.:

Public Session

Mr. Connelly moved, second by Dr. Pastelis, to enter public session. On a unanimous vote, the Board entered public session at 11:29 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Dr. Pastelis moved, second by Mr. Connelly, to adjourn. On a unanimous vote the Board adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
