The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with a quorum present

1. Bus Stop Appeal – Mr. Hemingway presented a request from bus contractor STA to modify a secondary bus route in the Meaderboro Rd, Four Rod Road area. The children of CW and RW., would be affected by the change. After discussion, it was determined that the morning route would remain as is and the afternoon route would be modified to incorporate the change. No other action was required.

2. Transportation Policy and Bus Discipline Rubric – Mr. Hemingway presented revised bus transportation procedures and rules which were previously distributed with the agenda.

Mr. Callaghan moved, second by Mr. Brennan, to endorse the proposed bus procedures and rules. The motion passed 3-0.

At 6:50 pm, Mr. Callaghan moved, second by Mr. Brennan, to adjourn. The motion passed 3-0.
