The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with a quorum present.

Bus stop appeal – Mrs. Boyle and Mrs. Lefevre presented their appeal requesting a bus stop at Mrs. Boyle’s home at 564 Salmon Falls Rd. After discussion, the Committee recommends establishing additional stops for elementary bus students on Salmon Falls Rd during winter months. Additional stops to commence after the first plowable snow of the season.

Mrs. Parker moved, second by Mr. Watson, to establish the additional stops at the discretion of the Assistant Superintendent. The motion carried unanimously.

Bus Counts – Mr. Hemingway presented bus counts from three days in September. He discussed the success of the new year and the cooperative work with the new bus provider, Goffstown Truck of Rochester.

Sexual Harassment Awareness Training – Mr. Hemingway reviewed the schedule of sessions held in schools throughout the city. Committee members requested that a session be devoted to School Board training.

Other – Mrs. Parker encouraged Committee members to participate in Employee of the Month presentations. Her work schedule will keep her from regular participation.

At 7:08 pm, Mr. Callaghan moved, second by Mr. Watson, to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
