The Rochester School District proudly announces their receipt of the OPEN NH grant.
Grant funds will be used for professional development through 7-week discussion-based online courses.
OPEN NH is a state-wide online professional development system geared to school or district needs, and is an initiative partnering with the New Hampshire Department of Education and NHPTV. The initiative seeks to address the needs of students in high-poverty, low–achieving schools through professional development to educators. Selected New Hampshire educators/administrators are trained to facilitate and develop online courses which meet the educational needs/concerns throughout the state. Educators, paraprofessionals, administrators, special educators, and related service personnel will find these courses rewarding.
