Student registration for Rochester public
schools is open daily (except holidays). The registration location
is determined by the student’s grade level. In order to
complete registration, the student’s parent or legal guardian
MUST bring:

| • a copy of the child’s birth certificate |
| • immunization records |
| • proof of residency |

Accepted to Prove Residency |
- Copy of a fully executed lease, with the
name and phone number of the landlord
- Copy of a fully executed closing statement
- Telephone, electric, and cable bills
- Envelopes with yellow forwarding postal
sticker
- Billing or mailing address from current
doctor's bill, bank statement, or payroll check

All Elementary registrations (grades K-5)
are taken at the office of the Superintendent of Schools ~ located
at 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 8 (Rochester Community Center
~ second floor) ~ 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Middle School registrations (grades 6-8) are taken
in the Guidance Office at the Rochester Middle School ~ located
at 47 Brock Street ~ 7:30 AM until 2:30 PM Monday through
Friday.
High School registrations (grades 9-12) are taken
at Spaulding High School ~ located at 130 Wakefield Street
~ 7:30 AM until 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Registration for
school year 2008-2009 Kindergarten and 1st Grade will open on
April 16, 2008 ~ 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm ~ Superintendent’s
Office ~ 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 8 (Rochester Community
Center – 2nd Floor).
To complete registration, please bring items listed above –
birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency.

at the time of Registration.
Registration materials are available in advance from the superintendent's
office.
