Each citizen of the district, students, and members of the Police Department are urged by the Board to cooperate in reporting any act of theft, destruction, or violence as defined in RSA 193-D:1, Paragraph I, that is committed on school premises or on a school bus, hereinafter referred to as a “safe school zone”, and the name(s) of the person or persons believed to be responsible.

Each employee of the district shall report, in writing, to the principal of the school or his/her other immediate supervisor, every act of theft, destruction, or violence known to him or her, and if known, the names of those responsible.  The principal receiving such a report shall immediately file it with the Rochester Police Department.  The report shall include (1) the name and home address of any person suspected of committing an act of theft, destruction, or violence in a safe school zone, and (2) identification of the act that was allegedly committed.
