PROFESSIONAL STAFF ASSIGNMENTS AND TRANSFERS

The assignment and/or transfer of all instructional personnel will be carried out by the Superintendent of Schools in keeping with the training an experience of the personnel in accordance with the current Master Agreement.

The responsibilities and duties of all instructional personnel will be established by the Superintendent of Schools in conjunction with the principal. Any such duty and responsibility can be reviewed by the School Board at the request of the person involved and the ruling the School Board will be final.
