JHCA PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS OF STUDENTS In accordance with In accordance with the
standards of the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association, any
student in Grades 9 through 12 who participates in athletics, including
cheerleading, must have an examination for his/her sport and written consent
from the parent prior to the start of any practice. It will be the parent's financial
responsibility to have the examination completed. An examination for sports will be required
when the student starts his/her athletic career in the school and will be
good for four years unless an injury or illness requires it to be
repeated. Each year thereafter, the
parent/guardian must complete a health questionnaire and sign a consent form
