Boundless Exploration or BE Time is an opportunity for our students to select a topic of interest to them and to learn more about the topic or skill. The classes are offered on Friday afternoons from 2:05-2:45. This is the MSMS version of a Genius Hour. Students are surveyed about topics they would like to learn more about. Teachers and parents then decide if they can offer one of these topics and children are given the opportunity to select courses. Students are encouraged to list their top five preferences. First and second choices are always given if possible.

Students enjoy this opportunity to choose an area of interest and to explore it in more depth within a small group. Teachers enjoy diving into unique topics with small groups of students across grade levels. BE is a way for the children to learn to make choices and to be creative.
